About me
I am Samantha, a BANT registered Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach who enjoys helping women rebalance their bodies. I am passionate about empowering my clients to make sustainable, positive changes to their diet and lifestyle so they can live healthy, happy lives.
I started my career as a Beauty Therapist, quickly seeing the therapeutic effects of different treatments on reducing the impact of stress on the mind and body. I also taught exercise to music, enjoying and exploring the benefits of cardiovascular, strength, endurance and flexibility training.
My interest in the human body continued after I had my children, cooking from scratch whilst trying to feed my family healthy, nutritious, and tasty food. This led me to retrain as a Nutritional Therapist. I learnt the Functional Medicine protocol, which offers a personalised approach to addressing health concerns. I can provide guidance on achieving holistic wellness by addressing your specific health concerns via nutrition, diet, lifestyle and exercise.
I studied at BCNH College of Nutrition & Health and qualified with a level 6 diploma in Nutritional Therapy, with a year of clinical practice. I am a full member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and on the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) register. I am also a Zest4Life trained Health Coach.
